HAIR POLICIES

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

PRODUCT QUALITY

Our Luxury Raw and Virgin hair are high-quality ethically sourced. Because our raw hair is completely unprocessed, each bundle may vary slightly in:

Wave/ Curl Pattern

This is completely normal and part of the authentic nature of raw hair.

ORDER ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct at check out including:

Bundle Length
Bundle Texture
Quantity
Shipping Address

Sade Co. will not be responsible for incorrect orders placed by customers. IF your package has not shipped yet, & you have the wrong address on your order please reach out we WILL be able to accommodate you.

ORDER & SHIPPING

At Sade Hair we take pride in providing premium hair that our customers can trust. Every Bundle is carefully selected to ensure softness, fullness, and long-lasting beauty.

Standard Fulfillment takes 5-7 Business Days unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email and or text message.

Sade Hair is not responsible for:

Shipping Carrier Delays
Lost/Stolen Packages
Incorrect Addresses entered at checkout

Again IF your package has not shipped yet, & you have the wrong address on your order please reach out we WILL be able to accommodate you.

If your package is marked delivered, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.

FRAUD & BILLING

To prevent fraudulent purchases Sade Hair reserves the right to:

Cancel Suspicious orders
Request Additional Verification
Refuse service to anyone suspected of fraud

Orders flagged as fraudulent will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

CHARGEBACKS

By purchasing from Sade Hair, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for valid purchases. If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first:

The Customer will be banned from future purchases
Evidence of the transaction will be submitted to the payment provider
Fraudulent disputes may be reported

We encourage customers to contact us directly if there are any issues with an order.

HAIR CARE

Proper care is required to maintain the longevity of raw and virgin hair. We are not responsible for damage caused by:

Improper Installation
Excessive Heat Intake
Incorrect chemical processing
Lack Of Proper Maintenance

With proper care, our bundles can and will last for multiple installs.

Here are some Tips for a long-lasting Install for RAW & VIRGIN hair:

Use sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner to prevent dryness and maintain the hairs natural state.
Raw hair needs moisture just like natural hair. You can apply a light-weight leave-in conditioner or hair oil to keep the bundles soft and hydrated
Use a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush and detangle from the ends working your way up to the roots.
Satin bonnets are your best friend!
Limit excessive heat application, Always use heat protectant before styling.
Avoid heavy products, Using too many heavy oils or products can weigh the hair down and cause buildup. Use products in moderation.

Please note ALL hair is double drawn EXCEPT our Raw Indian hair. which is single drawn.
